Bumble Bees & Coffee Cups

It took me a week and a half, but finally summer mode struck me as well. Last week was a hell of a rollercoaster, which left me so out of balance it lasted way into this week. Enough of that, everything passes eventually (as the old man said passing a kidney stone), and today I'm actually enjoying myself. First, as mentioned earlier, a good night sleep, and later on a quick swim in the lake followed by coffee on the beach. As I sit here, back in the garden at my mum's house, the only thing I hear is the bumble bees in the rose bushes, and the wind gently blowing through the birch trees. There's a cake in the oven, and wine for the thirsty ones. Perfect picture of summer bliss, right?
